I had a really great experience at this location. I came in after another Great Clips nearby did a poor job on my beard trim, and the stylist here immediately recognized the issue and fixed it—completely free of charge.
She took the time to even things out properly and made sure everything looked right before I left. Really appreciated the honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.

My husband and I have been going to the Great Clips on Mars Hill Rd for many years. We both love our stylist Adriana. She does a consistently good job and never makes you feel rushed even when the store is busy. Highly recommend her!

Three stars for today. I’m pleased with the haircut and that’s exactly what I paid for. I felt awkward for not leaving a $5-10 tip, then I also felt awkward getting a haircut in cold silence.No hate on the stylist but tips are extra, not for just doing your job.I’ll continue to patronize
