Zachary was awesome. Arrived first thing in the morning and explained exactly what he was doing and took the time to answer all of my questions. Explained how the st Augustine grass and Bermuda grass would grow and was all around awesome. Also explained what to expect in the next few weeks and months in terms of treatments. Thanks for taking the time to talk with me and answering all of my questions! Been very happy with the services!
We use Grassroots for both our lawn care and our trees and shrubs. Pat takes care of our trees and shrubs while Kevin is our go to on our Bermuda lawn. Both are excellent and are well-versed in their fields!
Each Spring, we also take advantage of their liquid aeration which has helped my lawn tremendously! We’ll never go back to those manual aerators.
I appreciate the fact that you can your text your service tech directly and that they always offer recalls on treatments.
It’s been 2 weeks since my initial treatment and I wanted to wait until I was sure it was taking affect before my review. So far I’m pleased with the result. I had a lot of weeds in my fescue lawn and I wanted to try this service to see if it helped get rid of the weeds and made the grass look thicker and healthier. So far the grass looks great. I just walked the lawn today and have to say it hasn’t looked this thick and green and years. If future results are similar to this first treatment then the treatments will be 200% worth it!
