Omg. No words to describe how great James Knox is. My husband had surgery and the night before he was scheduled to be discharged, our air went out. Both units not working. I was a wreck. Edwards came highly recommended, so I called them. James came, did a thorough job explaining our choices, fixed the downstairs unit, gave us options about the upstairs unit, was helping us stay positive in the midst of my husband’s moans and groans. He was exactly what we needed at today. Reassuring, understanding, effective and efficient. Made our day. I will never have to look in yellow pages or Yelp for an HVAC guy again ! Thank you James.
