I was expecting to be run around, or at the very least be weeks or months away from a fix. Instead my Ryman representative Ed was there the next business day with an associate to modify my roof for the missing vent. I wasn’t even charged anything which I find completely unbelievable. It’s very uncommon a company recognizes that both parties made a simple fixable error and are genuinely happy to come find a solution. I’m so happy I came to this company and not any other for my roof and I’d recommend you do the same.“
