“Got into a car accident a few months ago and started seeing Dr. Mike. This being my first accident I honestly had no idea what to expect, but I can for sure say that if I had any expectations Dr. Mike has surely surpassed them all. He is truly amazing, extremely patient, kind and listens to all of my concerns followed by feedback and a plan of action. Dr. Mike is honestly one of a kind and regardless of the situation I would recommend any and everyone to pay him a visit. After the first visit it’s almost as if he knows your body, just the right touch and proper guidance to ensure full recovery and comfort. I am not sure where I would be without Dr. Mike today on my journey to recovery but I am very blessed and grateful that I do not have to find out. Dr. Saleh thoroughly reviewed my complex case, clearly explaining that surgery was possible and setting fair, honest expectations for my life post-operation. One year ago, Dr. Saleh performed an extensive spinal fusion, spanning from my T4 vertebra all the way down to my SI joints.

The recovery process was, naturally, challenging, but the constant support made all the difference. Dr. Saleh and his nurse practitioner, James (Tripp) Prevatt, were always incredibly attentive to my needs and concerns, guiding me step-by-step throughout the entire recovery journey. I am incredibly grateful to them for my incredible recovery and for literally giving me my life back.

“I have been with Dr. Timothy Bain since 2005. I've always been the conundrum but he wouldn't give up. Even after the diagnosis of chronic and debilitating Lyme Disease he said OK now we know what we're working with and he continued to encourage me, his chiropractic technique kept me walking… PT strengthened me, for a while I was getting their excellent massage therapy. level four laser therapy helped with the muscles and tendons, and of course, the expertise of chiropractic adjustments that puts dr Bain at the top. His staff is amazing. Shannon, Dexter and all the other staff people are always so loving and caring and go to all lengths to meet my schedule. Heather, Leslie, and the other PT experts have really created a miracle. There were many practitioners that said I could not do anything but be in a mobile scooter.
