Actually I need to explain my experience with the staff. I was operated on 4/22 to repair C2,3,4,5,. T he doctors did an amazing job, I have little to no pain. My son picked me up from the surgery. He was told by the nurse that we should wash the pads in my brace. We washed the pads in the wash machine, which we were told was Ok. Unfortunately when we washed the pads they fell apart. Both my son and I tried to call the clinic for help. We both got the run around. We were told that replacement pads would be available for pick up at the clinic. I drove 52 miles to pick up a set of p[ads. One nurse actually told us that she would put pads up front for me to pick up. The nurse told me wait she would check on the pads then she returned to tell me I had to pay $20.00 for the pads., The pads should have been provided for free, it was because of the instructions the nurses gave us after surgery. Regardless my conversation with the nurses the problem would have been resolved in a 5 minute conversation. Instead I was told it was my problem. I left without the pads, raw neck, and pain all over what I know cost $15.87 on Amazon. The nurses, front desk staff treated me like garbage. I know the charges for the procedure was $588.00, a $15.87 charge to replace the pads is a little out of place.
I recommend Everything! The girls up front are so sweet, Kayla and Sabrina in surgery scheduling and ins. authorizations. Chelsea the nurse practicioner, Dr. Patel always stops to say hi and a hug, everyone treats the patients like they would like to be treated! I highly recommend going to Neuspine!! Dr. Patel keeps working on you and with you until he finds an answer for you. I have never heard 1 bad thing said about them and even if your in pain they will make you smile. They have helped me so much I just can't praise them enough!
