I saw Jacobs’ heating and cooling recommended in our local neighborhood groups and I’m so glad we called! As a first time homeowner and newish to Florida having the AC go out was extremely intimidating. David came out right away and was so knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He went above and beyond fixing the problem and didn’t pray on our inexperience with dealing with hvac systems. He took the time to explain everything and we will definitely be using him again. Honest, trustworthy, reliable and reasonably priced are the hallmarks of this owner and business. Three years ago, we were searching for a new outside unit and air handler. After meeting with three companies we chose Jacobs Heating and Cooling. He didn't try to sell us on more than what we needed, came across as professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the advantages and disadvantages of the types of units we were considering as well as what the job would entail.
