Although prices have increased in the past year, cuts are reasonable. It would be great if you could select a stylist on duty using the App. Mostly because there are always new stylists and it would be great to have one cut your hair that you have found is better than others. Additionally, the tip function starts at $5 and some cannot afford that. I suspect some choose not to tip instead of feeling awkward to modify manually. $3 might be a great start.

I love going to Great Clips. The hair stylist are all very friendly and listen to you well. They make sure they understand what you want. I always use the online check in. It's great!

As a woman, I'm always grateful and find it special when another woman takes the time to love on you, encourage you and uplift you. I came in very sad, upset with my hair. I needed a good cut in between my usual longer appointments. Elizabeth made me feel comfortable the minute I called inquiring about this location's services. So I asked for her when I came in. She helped calm my nerves down and helped me remember my hair was beautiful and it just needed a little tlc. And the ladies around her were equally noticeably welcoming and engaged with their customers. There's a reason this location has high ratings.
