I had the best dental care I'd ever seen in this dental office. The office was very friendly. Doctors know what they are doing and have extensive knowledge. They did a very good job on my teeth. I need implants, root canals and crowns and they took care of everything. I understand they've been rated number one in their area for number of years. Dr. Zare and Ghiaei and all staff are kind and very caring. I definitely recommend this dental office.

I have a friend who went there. Paid them thousands of dollars. It's been over 6 months and they still have not inplanted his teeth. Not to mention pain and suffering.

I found an excellent dentist @ Healthy Smiles Dental in Zephyrhills. The dentist @ Creative told me I needed gum debridement and not a regular cleaning and asked for $500. My new dentist @ Healthy Smiles cleaned my teeth and told me my gums were very healthy. I didn't tell the new dentist what the dentist @ Creative told me about my gums. Do not go Creative Dental Care! Go to Healthy Smiles Dental! You will be so happy @ Healthy Smiles Dental!

my intial apt was 111017, since then my apt has been rescheduled 5x, (all because dr. mac has to leave early) this last time, i got 3 reasons) nov 3 a transaction was charged to my account for 565$. this was for a crown and the services to install it. i was to go in on the 10th. i recv'd a call, they need to reschedule my appt, dr mac needed to leave early. it was rescheduled. this happened 2 more times. (all saying dr. mac needed to leave early) on the third time, i said, "you need to tell dr. mac she needs to work. " the receptionist said, oh, i can't tell her that and i said, well tell her beth aker said that. anyway i rescheduled for the 4th time, which was january 10th. on the 9th i recv'd a voicemail stating they needed to reschedule my appt, dr mac needed to leave early. that was it... i was done. i called on the 10th to dispute the transaction. not 10 minutes after i disputed it, my phone rang and it was dr.s office. it was meredith calling to reschedule my appt for that day, apparently she was unaware that someone had called my the day prior? anyway i told her no and that i had disputed the transaction. she said i couldn't do that and she couldn't help it, dr. mac has a sick child she needed to go pick up. she said she would let the dr know what i had said. 2 minutes later my phone rang, i did not answer it. it was dr. mac herself. she left a message stating she needed to reschedule because there had been an emergency staff meeting called, but she would be more than happy to fit me in the next day and to please call her back directly, and to not speak to anyone else. so within 12 hrs, i had 3 phone calls and 3 different excuses as to why they wanted to reschedule my appt for the 5th time since november 10th. as i would sit in my chair listening to the dialogue between others, it dawned on me, "this is not the place for me." the condensention and sales ethics disturb me

This was the worst dental experience I've ever had. When I left after having a cleaning my mouth was all cut up even my tongue. I was told this is normal. But I'm 58 years old and have had cleaning all my life and never have had this happen I asked for my x-rays, but they are holding them hostage, even though my insurance paid for them. So basically I've got to go pay for everything myself. Do yourself a favor and find a different dentist!
