Gave Bahrs a call and they came out fixed what we thought was the problem. A few days later we had the same problem. They came back out, fixed a few more things and got it all figured out at no extra cost. 10/10 for these guys.
The guys came out and identified the problem (off brand faucet). Helped me fond the correct part, and did not charge me. When the part came in they came back the next day and installed it for me

It has been a good experience. Bah Plumbing communicated well, arrived as scheduled and were courteous. The hybrid water heater is functioning well and the installation is neat.
