Today I had the ultimate pleasure of being assisted by Robyn, who has been at this location for 18 years. I really lucked out when it was she who asked me if I needed help. She was so knowledgeable and took me around every part of the store that I needed to go to find what I needed. Customer service like this is really hard to find. Robyn so kind and articulate and did not hesitate to go into detail when I asked her different questions about the products. She really knows her stuff! I am really grateful that I got to meet her today! Thank you, Robyn for all you do. It is so appreciated. Keep up the good work, you make it look easy, but I know it is not.
Valeria M. is the absolute best stylist! She did partial highlights with a signature cut for my 16 year old daughter and full highlights with a signature cut for me. She took her time and the result was exactly what I wanted! She totally took care of me and made sure I was comfortable while explaining what she was doing. I loved chatting with her and cannot recommend her enough….My daughter and I have finally found our go-to, favorite stylist! I went in Ulta in Yulee to grab something and a very sweet , helpful girl named Kate offered to assist me. When I started complimenting her makeup and asking her about the products she had on, she with a genuine smile said “YES ma’am let me show you them.” Not only did this bubbly beautiful girl show me the products, she spent the next 30 minutes with just me putting them on me so I could see if I really liked them, and SHOWING me how to apply them correctly. Everyone that works at this store have always been friendly and helpful.
