Customers have praised the skills and customer service of employees such as Carrie and D'Von. Carrie was described as amazing, as she talked to the customer about what would look good and offered to have the customer come back if they didn't love their new bangs. D'Von was able to translate what a 10-year-old boy couldn't describe and provided the best haircut ever.
One customer had a wonderful experience and was able to walk right in, while another customer was grateful that the store was still open during a major storm, hoping they would be closed the next day for staff safety.
Overall, Great Clips in Yulee offers a variety of affordable hair care services, with some customers reporting exceptional experiences with the employees.
I asked for a basic low taper fade or a temp fade, as they call it. Then they proceeded to give me a bad undercut, which eventually grew into a bowl cut, and the fade wasn't even blended properly. The service was good and it was a cheap cut. But I'm being generous giving 3 stars.
Carrie and staff are Great and that’s Why I put up the sometimes (50%) efficient on line appointments system. It’s hit or miss. Sometime you have to wait an additional 30 minutes so be prepared. If you don’t have an extra 30 minutes to wait probably not a good option. Again 50% of the time it’s spot on. The system needs work for busy people.
I went in to get my hair trimmed and on a whim got wispy bangs.
My hair stylist Carrie was amazing she talked to me about what would look good on me with my hair texture. She also offered to have me come back if, in a few days, I didn't love my bangs.
I will for sure be back!
