Unfortunately they run stop signs. Almost smacked a car today. Didn't even stop at sign. Watched the truck and trailer run through it without even looking. Dangerous habit. Too many kids in the neighborhood for all that.

I contacted Papi's for trimming our palm trees. I received a reminder notice the day ahead of scheduled service and arrived as planned. The employees were polite and really good to interact with and they did an outstanding job!

Our lawn crew is always on time and perform their activities in a professional manner.

We trust Papi’s for many years now. From the initial consultation to the final touches, their professionalism, attention to detail, and expertise were evident every step of the way.

We’ve already received numerous compliments from clients and visitors about how inviting and polished our building looks now. I highly recommend Papi’s for any commercial or residential landscaping needs.

My flower/garden beds were looking ratty and I called Papi’s. The owner came to my home, real nice guy by the way, and gave me an estimate. It was higher than I had hoped but decided to go with them. I am sure glad I did!
The guys they sent to do the work were fantastic! They worked hard and made suggestions to improve my landscape. My palms needed trimming which was not part of the original quote but they trimmed them anyway! They were very careful to leave my yard spotless of and refuse. They used about 35 bags of mulch and beautifully spread it around the beds!
Have moved here 2.5 years ago I am very happy to find a landscape company I will now call upon for all my landscaping needs!

i have had good success with Papi’s Lawn Services now for 4 years. They always show up and are familiar with my landscaping needs. We have a lot of 10-12’ high shrubbery, sod front and back, several crate myrtles, and many flowers so always a bunch to do.
Their pricing is reasonable and I have ordered new sod and pinestraw from them. I have tried many yard crews and Papi’s service is rock solid.

We have been using Papi's since 2018. Between then and now, I believe they changed ownership. The first 4 years were good. In the last several months they have done a bad job trimming the shrubs among other things. The final straw was when their crew started blowing the pine straw we paid them to lay. They did respond to this and dropped off some pine straw. They should have spread it, but didn't. When I called to terminate service, I was told they require a 30-day notice. When I asked to be sent a copy of document I signed agreeing to this, they agreed to terminate effective immediately. When Papi owned the company, it was great. Papi was great. I dervive no pleasure in complaining about their decline of quality service. I'm saddened that the quality and customer service (or lack thereof by the office staff) has suffered so. You would be better served finding another lawn service company.

Don’t use Papi’s too many times. They think once they know you they can do as lackluster of a job as they please. We’ve been using their landscaping service biyearly for 5 years. As time has gone on, their effort and execution has fallen off of a cliff, but none as awful as this most recent service. Grass and weeds growing in our beds days after the service in which we paid to have everything pulled out by the root and Preen put down to prevent the weeds from growing. Me and my family caught their workers just throwing pine straw over weeds and grass in our beds. All of this could’ve been made right if their owner, Fernando, would’ve came out and just admitted their wrongdoing. Instead, he questions our knowledge and expectations when we have had the same service look perfect months later. Just another one of those businesses that cuts corners wherever they can and thinks no one will hold them accountable.

I grabbed a card from one of Papi’s guys about a month ago, as they regularly service an apartment complex across the street from me. Today, they parked their large vehicle in a no-park zone that blocked me from being able to get out of my driveway. Instead of moving the vehicle, one obnoxious guy stood there trying to give me directions on how to maneuver my car and kept telling me that “women need to be more patient.” I was FIFTEEN minutes late to a very important doctor’s appointment because of their laziness and ignorance. I will never hire this company, and next time, I will call a tow company. Absolutely unbelievable.
