I got Frozan and RAVE!!! She fixed my hair and gave me the most beautiful highlight right after it was mistakenly colored brown . Not brassy either , will definitely be going back !
Haven't had a perm for well over 15 years and was very skeptical to get one, but Joan was so sweet and assured me it would be fine. And she was right!! Joan did such a phenomenal job and I couldn't be even more pleased with the outcome. It's exactly what I wanted, just mainly some volume and little curl. Highly, highly recommend her!!!!
Shout out toJoan. Our granddaughter had a mishap in the pool with her long hair and a velcro toy. ?Nana and Auntie struggled with the resulting mats until 11 pm. Got almost all except the Mack Daddy of a mat right in the center of her crown. It was impossible to undo but Joan did a great job of hiding as much as possible till the grow out.
