I loved this studio, however, I’m a hot yoga lover and it breaks my heart this studio doesn’t offer it. Still, this studio deserves 5 stars. Sarah is amazing and her presence is very peaceful and encouraging. Love how she strives to keep students warm and safe! I hope to make my way back one day!
I’ve only been once so far, but I already love it! I did one of the gentle classes with Ariel - it was very relaxing but still a good deep stretch. I feel like my body and mind are realigned now and I have more energy the next day which is exactly what I was looking for!! I will definitely be returning.
Red Sun is an exceptional yoga studio! I have been a member for 2 fabulous years! The quality of yoga instructors is amazing. They have quite a nice variety of classes- Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and more! Classes are available all through the day and are well attended, that doesn’t happen often in many yoga studios!! Sarah, the owner, offers such a nice assortment of blocks, bolsters, blankets, even towels! AND…. The studio is beautiful and very clean and very zen. When I travel throughout the United States and even overseas, I try to attend yoga classes! Red Sun stands out as number one in all my travels!
