Lots of parking easy access upstairs by either stairs or elevator. I enjoyed the schedule of classes every month, they really accommodate times and days. They have 2 rooms for yoga practice class sizes. Plenty of space. Super clean and have supplies if you need to use anything or forget anything. The teachers are amazing and really good at explaining and flowing through class. Highly recommend. Plus take your picture with Mr Bones.
The most incredible yoga studio I’ve ever practiced in! The ambiance cannot be beat. A great variety of classes and instructors. Being a snowbird from Colorado I only get to visit about three weeks a year and I don’t miss a day I’m in town! Until next year friends….Namaste?
Violet’s Wednesday evening Hatha I-II with Yoga Nidra class is both challenging and relaxing – Violet creates a beautiful practice which leaves me feeling peaceful and energized! Love this class – it’s the perfect mid-week restore!
