What's going on with night crew at 10pm they disappear for hours, cant buy no drinks cant get on the massage chairs ? This how we running the show ?

No staff available, no clock to time rests. Cold as hell, thought I'd get hypothermia from the cold sweats. Staff still missing after my entire workout. Unsat.

Attention management: Water fountain filter hasn’t been changed in at least 2 months even after bringing it to the front desks attention. Hydro beds and massage chairs are broken more often than they are functioning. Most metal clips at the multifunctional cable machines are loose/broken.

I've had the opportunity to check out the Winter springs planet fitness while our Lake Mary gym is being renovated. I stopped by on a Saturday late afternoon expecting it to be very busy which it was not. That's great for me because I had free reign to use any machine of my choosing. This scenario is the complete opposite to the Sanford location I've been visiting recently. It's always tough getting used to a different equipment layout between stores; however, this one has almost the same setup as the Sanford store, just slightly different, and a little bit smaller overall. They have at least two of almost every machine except for a few unique ones for obliques, lower back, and legs. This gym also has a monkey bar rack which is cool. Pretty much all the machines are an excellent condition except for the pads on the sliding crunch machines and oblique machine, other than that, everything look like it was well kept. The bathrooms and locker room were very clean and the lockers look high-end. This gym also has the modernized all-in-one sanitation stations throughout, which I prefer over the spray bottle over the edge of the trash can like it has been at Lake Mary for years (hope that comes with the remodel). Staff were very friendly and were noticeably active in maintaining the cleanliness of the gym and restrooms, Good job! All-in-all, if you're just looking for a place to get your workout in, in a nice environment, without any hassle, I recommend checking them out.

Awful customer service. Staff are disrespectful and unprofessional. unfortunately the lack of customer service comes from management (Sean) whom justified the staff's behavior towards customers. Also adver a red light body enhancement which is a bright LED light. This gym reduced the hours of operation and increased the membership fee but didn't improve customer service

This is my favorite planet fitness by far. They have the best personal trainer their name, Leslie, who really takes his time with everyone that needs or wants the help from him. He is there to help you. The front counter staff is amazing as well. this is the cleanest Location I have ever seen.

It's layout or its workout equipment just didn't work for me. I'm a 6'1" man and all of the treadmills were for short people. I hoped I saw the muscle groups targeted but it was not what I expected. The ceiling fans and the air conditioning was too far away for me which only caused me fatigue during workout without enough cooldown. Wifi weak couldn't handle streams. I liked the key card sign-in versus using the planet fitness app. Couldn't believe I was billed like 80 bucks in only 1-2 months.
