I can’t say enough good things about B&L! From the moment I called—late at night—the communication was excellent. The office manager was friendly, helpful, and got me scheduled right away. A technician was at my door within 15 hours, which is incredible, especially in this summer heat!
The service techs were professional, courteous, and honest about what was needed—no upselling or scare tactics, just clear and trustworthy advice. I truly appreciated how quickly and efficiently they got everything working again.
Chatted a bit during the call and found out how they support local schools and the community which I think is amazing.
