My water bill was all the sudden extremely high, I had 2 different companies come out and put holes in different parts of my home. Needless to say when I finally called American Leak detection, they sent Brad out and he not only was a gentleman, but assured me he would do his best to find and fix my problem. He not only found the issue and fixed it within a reasonable time but he was efficient and if ever have a problem in the future I will be calling again American Leak detection and asking for Brad.
My tech Brad was out to my house very professional. Found the issue and had me up and running in no time. Hats off to his great work and knowledge. I highly recommend this company and ask for Brad.
I had a very pleasant experience with this company. The office staff—Carla, Brittany, and Casey—were incredibly accommodating and patient while working with my changing schedule to set up a pool leak detection test.
A few leaks were identified, and Cole came out to handle the repairs. Before starting, he clearly explained the project and gave me a couple of repair options at different price points. He was never pushy and made sure I felt comfortable with the process.
