This was our first experience using Winter Park Pet Concierge, we are totally happy with their service. They took excellent care of our cat and also made sure that everything was clean. I would recommend them to anyone needing pet services.

Can not say enough good things about Winter Park Pet Concierge! Having Jenorise there was the best decision we could have made for our wedding that included our dogs. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how professional she was and she took amazing care of our dogs before, during and after our ceremony, she made eveything so seamless. We forgot treats and water for our dogs and Jenorise jumped immediately into action and made a call to get those items in less than 20 minutes. This will be my "go-to" forever. Flawless service, meticulous, detailed, professional; Compassionate, intuitive, loving. I truly can't say enough good about the service they provide. I did a little over two weeks service with them for my trip to Japan and they did everything I do plus more (very meticulous cleaning!)! Truly a shining GEM -- I hope Jenorise and her team are here forever because I NEED them in the future!! They even gave one of my cats his twice daily medication without fail.
