“Winter Park Pet Concierge watched and brought our mini dachshund Bolt, to our wedding and she was so amazing with him. He was in the most caring, capable hands from start to finish, and we couldn't be more grateful.
Jenorise handled every detail with such thoughtfulness, from safely picking Bolt up and getting him to the venue, to making sure he was comfortable throughout the entire day (she even brought a fan to keep him cool!). She took the time to guide our ring bearer on exactly how to walk with him, which gave us so much peace of mind in the moment. She even took some photos on the day which was such a sweet and unexpected touch!
What truly impressed us was how naturally she fit in with our wedding party and family. She had such a warm, easy presence, while also being attentive and communicative, making sure to let people know if something was bothering or distracting Bolt. She was his advocate all day long, and it showed. From pick up to drop off, she went completely above and beyond.
