“This is a very cute place with wonderful customer service. They fit me in on the same day when my practitioner was very friendly. I had a great time chatting with them throughout. Unfortunately, at the end of my wax, I was left covered in baby powder, usually I'm cleaned up but on top of that there was still bits of wax and hairs all over me. I pointed this out to them. They went back in and remove the hair from the areas that I pointed out. It wasn't until I arrived home and showered, and then the next day I noticed so many areas were missed. I've put off writing this review for a few weeks because my practitioner was so nice and I had a great time chatting with them. But the actual attention to detail wax was very disappointing. I may return and try a different practitioner someday. This was a wildly different experience from my previous waxers, and unfortunately not in a positive way. The lack of attention to details so frustrating, especially now I have to go home and be raising hair on my own after paying for it to be done. The reason I'm giving four stars instead of two or three is because they are very friendly accommodating there. And I'm sure if I had called the next day to go back they would've made space for me to come in. It felt like a very professional place. (after spending over an hour there being waxed I just didn't feel like going back for a second go.)“

“I have been going to Stef for at least 15 years and never once have I walked away disappointed.

She stays on top of trends and new and is very careful to not have a “one-size-fits-all “for treating her patients.

I think it’s important to note that she is a physicians assistant Which means she’s had three years extra schooling or the equivalent of a masters degree beyond her undergrad so she is not just knowledgeable about anti-aging techniques, she gives during good advice in many areas of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Her office on Park Avenue is beautiful And she is a pleasure to work with.
