I've seen Gillian twice now at European Wax Center Winter Park, and both experiences have been fantastic! She is professional, friendly, and immediately makes you feel comfortable. She's very thorough, pays attention to detail, and always checks in to make sure you're comfortable throughout the appointment. My results have been great both times, and it's clear she really takes pride in her work.
