This is a family owned business, with an old-style and honest attitude. I had a minor job for them to do (sew on a pants pocket). I really was in no rush for completion, but they were done with my pants in a few days. The charge for their minor tailoring service was VERY reasonable! If I have any future sewing projects, be it in fabric OR leather, I know right where to go for quality work atca very reasonable price in a very pleasant and friendly tailor shop!

I've never had my clothes cleaned here and I see that's where all the bad reviews are coming from however I've had my clothes altered plenty of times and they always do a great job as are priced reasonably. They will continue getting my business.Service: Alterations

I went to two different alterations shops, both would not take on my rather complicated job of altering the neckline into a deep scoop on my wedding dress, front and back. Universal Tailor took on the job and charged a very reasonable price. They had about two weeks to get the job done. It was not ready on the day promised. Luckily I had a few more days until the wedding and she had it done the next day and did a fabulous job. Their communication isn't great, deadlines are missed but the work is excellent.
