Although they do good work and are very nice they have no concept of time they have a sign of the door to read opens at 7:45 in the morning and I've been there after 8:00 on three different occasions and they were not opened that doesn't help the working people

It's time for the owner to retire. Nice when you come in but if you question any work done that was obviously not done correctly, you are berated. Wrong.There are other Dry cleaners that also do alterations properly, please seek them out. I definitely do not recommend.

I understand we need to adjust with hurricanes and natural disasters, however if you are going to say that pick up is at a specific time, don't leave your customers SOL!We're going to a wedding in NC this weekend and we made sure to ask about pick up time. If you plan on closing early, please call your customers to let them know. It is extremely unprofessional to just close without letting your customers know, especially when it was confirmed this morning what time pick up needed to be.We planned to leave tomorrow evening and Nanak definitely won't be open tomorrow because of the hurricane, so to confirm pick up time so that the dress would be ready, PLEASE DON'T CLOSE...read full review
