This is an amazing Ulta location!! All the workers are always super nice and attentive and their product selection is superior. I returned a package through their Happy Returns service and Valentina was working the register. While I was browsing I heard her interacting with other people and being really pleasant. When it was time for me to check out she saw that it was raining and asked me if I had an umbrella. I said I didn’t and she was kind enough to offer me a large bag to cover my hair. She was incredibly sweet and I will be returning :)
I’ve always gone to this Ulta salon. I have virgin hair so it’s always just a haircut. I went last time I got my haircut and the experience is making it hard for me to decide to come back. I have thick hair. I know this but the hairstylist literally made comments about how long everything was taking and then I asked for a blow dry and she told me “I don’t have time for that. That will take too long.” I’ve never been treated like a number before here but that experience left a bad taste. I would’ve tipped her more than I did as I work in the service industry too if this wouldn’t have happened
5 stars for Pamela who’s a vendor for ULTA. She assisted me today at the Winter Park store. She was kind and informative. She really made me feel like a person even though we are not the same race. She cared enough to ask my name and she wasn’t afraid to touch me when she rubbed the oil in my skin. Thank you Pamela for making me feel like I matter in today’s climate. I found the perfect fragrance I was looking for. Pamela if you see this I decided to order the new fragrance you showed me too.
