Steve was wonderful! We brought our 2015 iMac with a dead hard drive to have it replaced with a new drive that Apple is no longer able to replace. He was able to replace it and before using our backup exterior drives, he scanned them and repaired some issues. We brought home a great working computer with all our information, doc, pics, etc. Thanks Steve for your diligent work and reasonable price. We now have a professional to contact should any future issues arise.

After spending hours on the phone with Apple, they couldn’t help me get into my
MacBook Pro (tried resetting password w my iCloud ID and would get different errors each time) Apple also said the Genius Bar wouldn’t be able to help because it was too old (2015). They said the best they could do would be resetting the laptop and erase everything.. um no thanks! Found macdoctor through google and he had great reviews, so I sent it to him. He called multiple times, kept me updated, worked his magic and had it working with everything there in under 24 hours!!
