This practice is easily a 5 star plus. Jeff literally saved the day and helped me hear again. I came in because I had lost 90% of my hearing in my left ear. It was extremely nerve wracking. I tried Debrox but still couldn’t hear.
Jeff cleaned out my ears with expert care and explained what he was doing the entire time. Jeff is the man. He is super kind and great at what he does. He’s knowledgeable where other medical professionals I’ve seen have fallen short.
The only downside I can think of is that the initial wait was quite long. It’s a trade off when the staff here seems to take the time needed to fully address concerns rather than useless 5 minute...read full review
Victoria was absolutely wonderful during my allergy test. She is attentive, walking me through the entire process step-by-step so I knew exactly what to expect. She made a potentially stressful experience very comfortable. Highly recommend!
Very impressed with the service and information provided by the staff and of course Dr Kang. Very knowledgeable in his area of expertise and convinced that I will be feeling better soon.
