I have had excellent care at Ear, Nose, Throat and Plastic Surgery Associates over the past three years. The staff is kind, Dr. Baylor is very thorough and personable, and the Audiology staff is great too.
Drs Baylor, Kielmovitch, Kang and Tipirneni in The Ear Nose, Throat & Plastic Surgery practice have helped me fight chronic sinusitis and associated recurrent sinus infections since 2010 when my primary care physician referred me to this practice. For years these ENT doctors helped me temporarily escape progressively more frequent sinus infections with various antibiotics, sinus washes, and nose sprays. But the infections were winning, and I was losing. This practice is easily a 5 star plus. Jeff literally saved the day and helped me hear again. I came in because I had lost 90% of my hearing in my left ear. It was extremely nerve wracking. I tried Debrox but still couldn’t hear.
Jeff cleaned out my ears with expert care and explained what he was doing the entire time. Jeff is the man. He is super kind and great at what he does. He’s knowledgeable where other medical professionals I’ve seen have fallen short.
The only downside I can think of is that the initial wait was quite long. It’s a trade off when the staff here seems to take the time needed to fully address concerns rather than useless 5 minute...read full review
