My new 26 Honda Pilot got hit by a rock on a Wednesday. I was heading out of town on Saturday, so needed to get the windshield replaced quickly. I called my local Honda service department, who recommended SunState. I called and was assisted by Kyle. He was great in helping me get this resolved quickly. He gathered the information, called my insurance company and started the claim, stayed on the call to make sure it was be handled correctly. While waiting to hear back from insurance, he called around and found the windshield. He was able to get me in to the shop Friday morning for a replacement and recalibration.
