After learning Sun State Auto Glass had techs that specialized in BMWs, I booked them to replace my cracked windshield. Eldona was great to find a time that worked with both our schedules. My tech - Joe was awesome! Very communicative, prompt, works cleanly and replaced my windshield in less than an hour! Being a BMW specialist, he was determined (and successful) at working through a computer safety recalibration hiccup. Well done! Highly recommend!
I had a large crack in my windshield that kept getting bigger. On top of that, Honda makes recalibration too complicated for it to be done at a remote site. Every interaction with Sunstate Auto Glass was so pleasant. They worked around my need for text messages during an all day work session, reassured me that I wasn’t in danger with the growing crack, and were communicative through the whole insurance and part ordering process. When I arrived at their shop they were incredibly hospitable and I had a comfortable place to work for the hour and a half it took for the work to be completed. Thank you thank you!
Vanessa and Ivan were great. Amazing communication before and after the repair. We used Safelite in Altamonte last time and we will never go back there again. This place is 10 times better all around
