The Azalea branch was an excellent shop. The repair was not completed until everything was reviewed and working properly. Making and changing an appointment was simple and professional.
I had a frustrating start to my experience with Safelite. After the initial windshield installation, I noticed issues shortly after pickup and had to schedule a replacement. The process required additional time and communication could have been better, especially around scheduling changes and account billing.
However, I do want to give credit where it is due. Safelite honored the replacement, completed the work without additional charges, and the new windshield looks great. They also provided a goodwill refund, which I appreciated.

Good experience with this company. They send the technician Trevon to come to where I live and replace my windshield. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and did an excellent job. He is representing your company in the best way . I can highly recommend your service to others
