Installation of the windshield wiper glass of my 2016 Smart ForTwo was done at my home by the Safelite professional installer. Installation seem to be find, until it started to rain. I noticed the wipers were not working properly. I always use my wipers in auto feature which makes the wiper sensor detect when it rains and auto starts the wipers. But it also detectes the amount of rain falling in real time causing to properly adjust the wipers speed accordingly. But the wiper sensor gel pad was installed incorrectly causing the wipers to work incorrectly and most of the time did not work at all on auto feature. Was able to change my appointment the day prior online. Upon arriving they got me right in at schedule. Had my windshield ready to go. An hour and a half later the job is complete. Electronics were calibrated and I was on my way. Jamal the technician was very professional. I’d recommend!

Our business recently used Safelite on Curtis St. for a windshield repair for our Sprinter. The tech who finally came out to our office to install the windshield was exceptional, however prior to that final appointment, we attempted to have the windshield replaced at Safelite location on Curtis Street. The on-site appointment was not handled well. We had an appointment, however the day after we dropped off the vehicle we were told they did not have our windshield available.
