When we entered the business located in Winter Park we where greeted and had a very informative discussion with Designer Sam Baker. She was professional, honest and extremely detailed in every aspect of her profession. She kept us informed on our timeline and understood the dynamics of the home which she visited, photographed, measured. She guided us through the process and remained in contact. This is the second time we have trusted S&W Kitchens with a major renovation to our home in Winter Park.Recently Mary Burkhammer, Project Designer, redesigned our dated 1963 vintage to a beautiful , functional modern bathroom. She did an outstanding job, selecting tiles, vanity, shower doors, hardware etc that fit our needs and met our budget. Larry Lerdo, Project Superintendant, made sure that the project stayed on schedule, and always made sure to minimize the project impact on our daily lives. He took special care to protect our hardwood floors and furniture throughout the project. Project was completed on time!
We recently had a major kitchen and bathroom remodel on the first floor of our 175 year old house in St. Denis, Md. S&W did the design, and we couldn’t be more happy with the results. The job came with the unique challenges that an old house often comes with: uneven floors, walls no longer flat, and I don’t think there’s a square corner in the entire house. Nonetheless, S&W made it work to perfection. They were always there to listen to our input and concerns. Now the old house retains its historic character, but with a fully functioning and fashionable kitchen and bath. I highly recommend their services.
