We had to do a warranty claim on our Rheem hot water heater. Jesus came out and did a fantastic job. The appt was given from 10-1 arrival time and he was here at 10 sharp and done by noon including the trip to Home Depot to exchange the unit. Super smooth and hastle free. Very professional service I would highly recommend.
I contacted ServiceMaster Plumbing for an emergency warranty repair on my newly installed hybrid water heater. From my initial call to the completion of the repair, it was a true pleasure working with this company. The scheduler was both professional and personable. The field technician was very professional as well, even conducting extra checks to confirm that my incoming water pressure was adequate.
