This is my first time at LA fitness, I had a trial session with Kevin and it was great! He showed me how to work on my form, gave constructive criticism on what i should work on, and helped me with meal prep tips! I definitely recommend coming here, the environment is super friendly and everyone offers help when needed!

Ousmane very good coach. he understands body mechanics. He was very attentive as well as hold me accountable for each movement to make to sure it was quality vs. quantity. I highly recommend his expertise.
