Recently had an issue with the water heater & a gentleman named Chris was very helpful through navigating what was wrong. He was kind, time-efficient & overall honest. Got it done, no time wasted! He is always available to answer your calls and help at no cost! Highly recommended.

Chris and his team were wonderful! He isn't one of those big chains so you get the personal touch with him. I have a very hectic schedule with my new job and Chris went out of his way to work around it. His team did a full repipe on a Saturday in only a few hours. And he didn't charge me extra for a weekend job either. His price was way below the big shops (that also told me there was no way to do the job in a day). Not only did he complete the project in only a few hours, on a Saturday but it cost me so much less than the bigger shops were quoting me. His team did a great job that I am very pleased with.
