I was a patient on 9/11/2024. I was seen by Christie and Kortney. They were very professional and took their time explaining the procedure and sent my urine test to Quest Lab. I was glad that I did not go the ER and have to wait for hours to be seen. I highly recommend GuideWell clinic.

Oh my goodness, I actually give them 100 out of 10! They are the best Urgent Care type place I've ever been to In my life! They're like a miniature hospital! It looks like the only thing they can't do is an MRI they can do ultrasounds and CAT scans, etc. And I venture to say anything and everything else you need done except for an MRI. They offer way more than any Centra Care I've ever been to. I went to the one in Winter Park and from the minute I walked in I got taken right back and just like in a hospital there was one or two people working on my issues at the same time and had me hooked up to monitors just like they do in the hospital and they... read full review

I went in a few days ago for a broken toe. Everyone was really friendly and accommodating. The whole process was pretty streamlined, and my BCBS insurance was charged with no problem.
