This company is very poor with communication. I scheduled an appointment for 2 PM. They never showed up, I called asking where the technician was and they said that he would be there soon so I waited an hour and still no one... So I called again and they said that it could take 2 hours before they show up.. I was not told about this initially. This was a huge waste of my time because I don’t live at the property and I cannot afford to wait at the property for two hours.Inform your customers before you make bookings. Time is valuable.
Elite is always friendly and very accommodating to the needs of our property. They are here every week for different jobs and we and our residents appreciate them! Thank you all! -Team Ellery
