On time, fast and professional. I received a call when the rugs arrived at the store with all the details. The guys who picked up and delivered were so nice and professional too. Highly recommend.

I purchased some area rugs at an estate sale that were in dire need of a cleaning. I contacted Oriental Rug Cleaning Plant and everyone was nice and took the time to explain the process. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

Wonderful experience from my initial phone call to delivery of my mug. They did a fabulous job and I am so grateful for having them assist me with the cleaning and preservation of my carpet. Would HIGH recommend them and will use them for future use.
