Stay away from this company at all costs. I fell victim non-disclosure of a latent construction defect, and am now subject to a huge special assessment ! Further the agent profits by luring unsuspecting victims by misleading deceptive marketing practices. The firms "boss" managing broker Monica Osorio allows all of this to continue even after being provided all of the facts and evidence for nearly 3 years. Monica clearly has way too many agents she is required to provide supervisory oversight to and has left me and others victims open to financial losses that never should have happened!
