“After a recent hailstorm in our neighborhood, Southern Oaks, Sheegog representatives showed up and offered to check our roof for damage. After a thorough inspection they found numerous damaged areas and documented them for presentation to our insurance company. In exchange for a commitment to work with them if we decided to proceed with repairs, they would work with the insurance company and provide them with the data to substantiate our damage claim. The insurance company agreed to cover the cost of repairs for the damaged areas only and not the surrounding roof. Sheegog noted that any new material would not match the existing color and that the color was no longer manufactured. After several rounds of negotiations the insurance company finally agreed to cover the cost of replacement. Surely, without their intervention I would still have a 15 year old roof with numerous damaged areas and without any clue that any of that situation existed.
Once the negotiations were complete, Sheegog prepared the necessary permit applications, procured the materials and scheduled the work. The work took approximately three days and the crew involved me in every decision point in the process. The work progressed rapidly and was completed with perfect results. I can wholeheartedly recommend them for their negotiation prowess as well as their high quality workmanship.“
