Have been taking my cat, Oliver, here since we moved to the Winter Park area. Their pricing is incredibly reasonable for the level of care they provide! Front office personnel, techs, and vets are always willing to answer questions with informative answers. As long as I live in WP, I will continue to take my kitty here!
Very friendly staff. Vet answered all my questions. I don't know if there was a situation, but the appointment lasted almost an hour and half. It took a while before anyone came in the room.
Staff here was very friendly, and took great care of us and our fur baby. They gave us an affordable plan that fit our needs. They also followed up by giving us calls and a check in appointment. Highly recommend!
