I called Climate Design when our very old Rheem unit froze up and quite working. Stephen came out the next day, discussed with us the problem and the needed repairs, & the cost. He was very knowledgeable, prompt & took pride in his work. Two years later it is time to replace the unit, & called Stephen for his assessment and estimate.
