Highly RECOMMENDED… from my initial call - Janet schedule the date and time at my convenience, spoke with Earl the inspector who was thorough-in what the inspection entails (4 point & Mitigation) - Earl was prompt, detailed in his inspection - climbed, drilled, & provided specific detailed information throughout the inspection. He indicated the report will be emailed; left me with an overall ease - definitely glad I called them. Reasonably priced and well worth it!!!

I contacted Certified building inspectors for a Home inspection and they were able to accommodate my clients very quickly even thorough it was in Belleview, FL the inspector Mr. Earl Meyer was very thorough and took his time inspecting the property as well as to take the necessary time to explain everything to my buyer as well as give him tips and recommendations on how to make his home pest free and energy efficient. My experience as a Realtor with Mr. Meyer was amazing he was on time and very quick to deliver the final inspection report and was very professional throughout the process .
