Edited-1/20/2026 I'm going to leave my 5 star review for now, but today marks the 2nd time in @10 days that the back washers aren't working AT ALL! I spoke with Ricky today and there is no estimated time to have them fixed...I'm not the first to complain.
Please fix this ?
(I'm tired of switching car washes because these things matter and don't get addressed)
I believe in a world today where less than 20% of businesses truly center around customer satisfaction, the ones that do, deserve to be promoted my the consumer (me!)

Membership for over a year. No complaints on the wash, SUV comes out shiny! A bit more wet out the gate than preferred, but luckily they have plenty of towels available. Staff is usually available if you need something.

Monthly membership is worth it to keep your car's value by protecting the exterior paint and finish. The convenient vaccuum stations are complementary and help you keep the inside clean and shiny, without purchasing your own vacuum or cleaning supplies.
Also, they rarely have a line and if they do it always goes quickly. The never have the carwash broken, just sometimes one of the lanes are closed for some reason. It still always flows well.
