This review is nearly a year late. Justin and his team are amazing! They were accommodating from the beginning to the very end. They were always available to answer questions and offer their professional opinions. They made several trips to our house with loads samples to help us decide. They were very patient with us during the process of picking a new floor. The rep was very knowledgeable, and helped guide us in the right direction. The installers removed the old floor, and installed the new planks in just 3 days!(3 days is fast considering the flooring job was 80% of the house, and all of the rooms had furniture in them) There was clear, and quick communication from... read full review
