Our septic tank began backing up into our bathrooms, flooding both last night. After getting the number to this company, I called twice and went to a voicemail that was full. I was texted back saying they would call me and they never did. It’s the next day and I still haven’t heard from them. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

if zero were an option that is what I would give.Walter the owner sent someone out to do my septic tank, he busted my hose in the backyard. He probably used a wrench and the water handle came apart from the water spicket, thus leaving it the on position for the entire week!! Nobody said ANYTHING at all to me. I had guests staying in the house and were in the pool. They saw him using the hose back there. He also went to my other hose on the side of the house after he broke the one in the back yard. He also left that draped across my driveway and walkway. I notified the Owner, Walter. Sent him the conversation I had with the guest to show him what went down. My water had... read full review

I had a problem with my septic tank. ASAP not only cleaned the tank but detected the problem and fixed it!
