Our septic tank began backing up into our bathrooms, flooding both last night. After getting the number to this company, I called twice and went to a voicemail that was full. I was texted back saying they would call me and they never did. It’s the next day and I still haven’t heard from them. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
if zero were an option that is what I would give.Walter the owner sent someone out to do my septic tank, he busted my hose in the backyard. He probably used a wrench and the water handle came apart from the water spicket, thus leaving it the on position for the entire week!! Nobody said ANYTHING at all to me. I had guests staying in the house and were in the pool. They saw him using the hose back there. He also went to my other hose on the side of the house after he broke the one in the back yard. He also left that draped across my driveway and walkway. I notified the Owner, Walter. Sent him the conversation I had with the guest to show him what went down. My water had been running for an entire week!!! I had to get someone out there IMMEDIATELY to fix this. I did, I sent Walter the bill and he has now GHOSTED me!!!! Be super careful about his image he portrays, he is a sheep in wolf clothing!!! BUYER BEWARE! Yes I have pictures and proof. Awful value, when you get your hose and spicket broken.
Our neighbor across the street asked us if we used his garden hose because he found it thrown in his yard with the water running. When we said we didn’t, he asked us to review our security cameras to see if we could see who used it. Turns out this company was doing septic work next door to his house for brand new tenants and they decided to come over to his house while he wasn’t home, use his water and hose for their job, and throw the hose back with the water still running...our neighbor called the company to complain and the owner said the customer claimed to be “good friends with him and he wouldn’t care if they used his water/hose”...I’m going to call...read full review
