I have used American Cleanser for many years but never left a review. I think I might have taken their good service for granted. Today when I called to check if a small alteration could be done within today as I needed my garment tomorrow morning. The Orlando location would close in 5 minutes from the time I called, but the lady on the phone was very empathetic and gave me a number of their Winter Park location since they closed at a later time. I called and told them the same story, the gentleman on the phone who does the alteration said “Don’t worry, bring it in. You need it tomorrow, so I will finish it today. I’ve had a very reliable experience with this dry cleaning service over multiple visits, and they continue to maintain consistent quality. I recently brought in a mix of office shirts and a wool coat, and both were handled with great care. The coat in particular came back looking refreshed, soft, and properly shaped without any damage to the fabric. The shirts were well-pressed and free from stains, with collars and cuffs looking especially clean. I have been using American Cleaners for over a decade. The wonderful ladies running the shop know my name every time I walk in. My clothing is always perfect. They are very friendly and extremely timely.
