It was nightmare to deal with when we had a change in insurance. I love the pelvic floor therapy here but their staff for handling billing and insurance isn't great. Donna advocated for us and got it sorted out eventually Praise the Lord!
So, I came here some time last year for lower back pain and Trung was super helpful and kind. I recently had surgery in my spinal cord and just got cleared for outpatient therapy 🙌 so I chose this facility and Trung once again. 💖
This year, I experienced a herniated disc and was at a 10/10 pain level with an inability to walk when I first came in. I was originally misdiagnosed at an Ortho ER but luckily was referred here. I will never forget that day. I nearly crawled into the building and was completely unable to walk. My PT, Trung, was there to not only calm me down but instantly performed care that began to reduce my immediate pain. Without him, I would have been unable to get myself into the next ER where I was properly diagnosed. I was in such severe shape initially that I was terrified about what my recovery would look like and how long I would suffer.
