Had a birthday party here and my kids and their friends had so much fun everyone there was kind and welcoming I highly recommend throwing a birthday party here it’s something different and everyone enjoyed it even the parents! Thank you 1up!

My son John has been going here for a year and I love this place. Everyone cares and are super helpful with the fact that my son has autism. He has advanced 4 belts and unlike the football he was in prior 1up includes every child. He is so much more confident in himself now. Thank you 1up

Since enrolling my 6-year-old at 1UP, I’ve witnessed a remarkable transformation in both his confidence and self-control. He's more assured in expressing himself, handling situations with a sense of calm that I hadn’t seen before.
