This was the second time we used Ritchie. The first time was after seeing him washing a neighbors roof. We contacted him for the same service and he did not disappoint. He was prompt, (a rarity itself) and courteous, and immediatly insured that the surrounding shrubbery was protected. He does not rush the job. He obviously takes pride in his work. And when he's finished he takes his time to clean up any mess. We were impressed and immediately got a quote to have our pavers cleaned. His price was reasonable and we just had that job completed. Ritchie has been doing all our painting, pressure cleaning, and soft washing for the last few years and is the only person we trust. He is prompt, courteous, and does not leave till we're happy with the end result.
Ritchie has done 3 houses for me, including fences, and roofs I can't find anything to complain about. He went above what I expected. I'm not easy to please, but he did. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Ritchie.
